Yunnan Hongpeng Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2016 with registered capital of RMB 5 million and is headquartered in Kunming High-tech Industrial Development Zone. We are an integrated company engaged in low-voltage systems integration, hazardous chemical distribution, non-pharmaceutical precursor chemical trading, domestic trade in basic chemical raw materials, and import/export operations. Our core business serves the tobacco, education, healthcare, judicial, energy, and power sectors.
Guided by integrity, technology, service excellence, and practical results, we have continuously innovated to deliver quality basic chemical raw materials and technical services to our clients.
Through industry-academia collaboration, we have obtained two utility model patents.
We maintain a professional, knowledgeable, and dynamic team—including one PhD holder, three master's degree holders, and university graduates across all other roles. With extensive systems integration experience and reliable chemical sourcing channels, we have become a trusted operator and supplier in tobacco, education, healthcare, judicial, energy, and power sectors.
In hazardous chemical operations, we are a Three-Star VIP customer of Yunnan Energy & Chemical Co., Ltd. for caustic soda, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and related products.
Anning Biyuan Plant Lab
Our Anning Biyuan Environmental Plant (established in 2019) includes a dedicated laboratory that integrates R&D, testing, and quality control for water treatment chemicals. Core capabilities include:
Formulation R&D: Continuous optimization of formulas and production processes for core products such as polyaluminum chloride (PAC), polyferric sulfate (PFS), polyacrylamide (PAM), sodium acetate, and composite carbon sources—to improve performance and cost competitiveness.
Water quality testing & analysis: Professional instruments support COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, suspended solids, and other key indicators—providing data for chemical selection and process commissioning.
Product quality control: End-to-end inspection from inbound materials to finished goods ensures every batch meets national standards and customer requirements.
Custom technical solutions: Bench and pilot tests based on customer water quality and treatment needs deliver tailored water treatment proposals.
Founder & General Manager
Tao Yan — Founder and General Manager. Born in 1983, she holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Yunnan University and is a member of the Communist Party of China. She serves as Executive Director and General Manager of Yunnan Hongpeng Technology Co., Ltd., and as Vice President of Kunming Yao'an Chamber of Commerce and Director of the Chamber's Women's Federation. Ms. Tao joined the Chamber in 2017 and has spent more than a decade advancing organizational development and women's affairs with strong responsibility and dedication. She joined the Party in 2019, holds herself to Party member standards, and was named an Outstanding Communist Party Member in 2025.
In March 2022, she initiated the Chamber's Women's Committee and pioneered a “Party Branch + Women's Committee” model with cross-linked leadership. The committee supports women entrepreneurs through exchanges, care programs, and showcase activities—building a warm, influential platform for women's Party-building services and helping more outstanding women business leaders engage with the Party.
Ms. Tao integrates Party building with corporate governance, leading Hongpeng with integrity and practical action in supply-chain services. With the resilience and insight of a new-era woman entrepreneur, she continues to advance both responsibility and enterprise.

Company formally established; same year became Vice President Unit of Kunming Yao'an Chamber of Commerce, Yunnan.

Joined Yunnan Security Technology Association and obtained Yunnan Public Security Bureau security enterprise qualification.

Completed chemical import/export filing with Central Yunnan Customs, and built a new Biyuan environmental plant in Anning for R&D, production, and sales of water treatment chemicals.

Received AAA enterprise credit rating, AAA integrity management demonstration unit, AAA enterprise honoring contracts and keeping promises, and AAA credit rating certification; same year recognized as a Yunnan High-Tech Enterprise.

Established Anning Jutong Freight Co., Ltd. to support water treatment chemical logistics; invested in Yunnan Bihai Environmental Investment Co., Ltd. to further expand the environmental industry footprint.
